FACILITY RENTAL
HAPI Trails is offering the ability to rent aspects our facility for special equine events such as shows, clinics, and schooling. Our primary goal is to help broaden our communities connection to horses.
As of 2024, we also offer limited aspects of our facility for small parties, reunions, fundraisers, weddings or other gatherings. This option is based upon facility availability, number of people, the event requested and the elements needed to accomplish the event. HAPI Trails reserves the right not approve any event that may exceed our capabilities.
We offer horse boarding during these events at $20 to $25 per horse/per night and RV hook-ups at $50 per night or on-site dry camping at $30 per night.
We also offer camping and boarding to travelers. We have a 10 day maximum stay, with event and clinic participants taking precedent. Our boarding & camping is reserved through: ROVER PASS.
The Lower HAPI Trails Arena (Dressage) measures roughly 230′ x 120′ with a sand-gravel mix footing. Water and electricity are available. We have hitching rails along the East end, running the length of the arena. One Portable Toilet is already available at the lower arena.
The Upper Saddleback Arena (Barrel/Cutting) measures roughly 260′ x 160′ with a sand dirt-mix footing. Water and electricity are available. A 100′ round pen is attached with a deeper sand-gravel mix footing. A stock shoot for roping events is also attached.
The Barn measures 54′ x 48′ and includes a small arena 42′ x 48′ sand footing area. The small arena can be used to work with horses or covered with rugs or flooring for human use. The barn has three usable stalls, Vet stocks, a kitchen area, a bathroom, and a covered 48′ x 12′ south-facing porch.
There is ample parking for trucks, trailers and regular vehicle parking.
Our facility is not easily accessible for people with mobility issues. Assistance may be required.
We ask that you respect our organization and the animals we care for by not opening gates or entering the pastures, stalls or corrals where our horses are kept. Many are super social and will be more than hapi to greet you at the fence line.

1-Day Clinic

Other Options
Facility Fees- For events that are not Equine related.
- The renter must obtain any needed permits for food, alcohol & live music.
- Liability required.
- For parties, fundraisers, weddings, others.
- 150 person max.
- ‘Quiet time’ strict 10 pm
REQUIREMENTS:
• Liability Waivers must be signed by all participants (HAPI Trails and/or Renters with HAPI Trails listed).
• Clinicians are asked to acquire their Insurance, if needed.
• All Events must be confirmed two months in advance.
• Cancellation for events must be made two weeks prior to the event.
• Any cancellation after the 2-week period forfeits the Security Deposit.
• Any extra fees incurred by HAPI Trail as a result of a cancellation will be billed to the Renter.
(HAPI Trails is a 100% volunteer non-profit org., any non-paid additional fees directly affect the horses in our care.)
EXTRA ALAVILABLE AMENITIES:
Portable Toilets: HAPI Trails has one portable toilet for public use. Additional toilets will be rented by HAPI Trails for use during 3 or more day clinics. (included in the above fee)
Trash: HAPI Trails will provide trash & recycling bins, available for clinics and campers. (included int he above fee)
Tent: HAPI Trails has one 10’ x 20’ & one 20’ x 30’ steel-framed shade tents, and two 10’x 10’ pop up tent available upon request. Other tents may be rented and placed on the property at the renters expense and manpower. The renter will be required to help install the 20’x30′ steel framed tent.
Tables & Chairs: HAPI Trails has ten stackable chairs, a variety of folding chairs, two folding 8’ tables, one 12’ table, one 6’ table, and one 4’ table for your use. Other tables and chairs may be rented at renters expense.
PA Single Speaker System: HAPI Trails has one portable electric/battery blue-tooth speaker with attached Microphone for your use: announcements and background music. It is not recommended as a ‘clinic’s sound system’ to be used in the arena.
Coffee: HAPI has a large coffee marker for use. The renter will need to provide your grounds, cups, etc..
Obstacles: HAPI Trails has many wooden poles, cones, barrels and a few other obstacles on site for arena use.
